Can I give bath to my 2 month old puppy. He got his first vaccination exactly a week ago . Is there any relation between the vaccination and bath?

Hi. No!! You can wait until complete vaccination is done. For now, you can go for sponge bath. The reason to wait until complete vaccination is to avoid getting any disease as bathing (getting wet) causes some amount of stress by suppressing immunity. They become immune to the diseases only after vaccination.
