My cat ate chocolate 3 days ago, that day itself we took him to vet, they gave one injection to vomit and one injection to calm his digestive system, but he didn’t vomit. Suddenly next day he isn’t able to walk and if we were trying to hold him he was meowing like he was in pain. So we took to vet again, when we checked the blood report everything was high specially creatinine, so he stayed for drip and we got home back, did PCR test, it was non identified. Today morning he ate but again not eating and whenever we trying to hold he’s meowing, should we give him space?

Hi Arunima. Yes, but he needs a proper treatment and should be on IV fluids to remove the toxins from the body. You can get him admitted to the hospital as well.
