My cat who was a stray before eat a small house lizard now. Should I be worried ?

it's a normal behavior in cats no need to worry about it Is he having any vomiting or diarrhoea after that

No he just ate it 1 hour ago.

Eating lizards can cause salmonellosis, you have to be watchful of signs like vomiting, diarrhea or lack of appetite. If there are any symptoms get him checked if not you don't need to worry for now but make sure the cat doesn't develop a habit of eating them regularly.
