My female cocker spaniel has not pooped since yesterday afternoon. She is having normal meals, her water intake is low and she is very active during walk( but she keeps on snatching her leash). Is it normal??

Hey This is cupcake 1½ months old puppy who I adopted 2 days ago. She's not eating and has had blood in urine/diarrhea now and vomiting since morning. Please help She is fully vaccinated and when I took him to the vet this morning, they gave him IV drips.
