It's not blood and we just gave him his monthly spot on treatment. It's just present in his groin area

The picture isn't clear though but it looks like hyperpigmentation and it could be due to multiple reasons like yeast/bacterial infections or may be hormonal imabalance as well. I advise you to get a clinical examination done for correct diagnosis.
