my dog has limping issue how to cure this problem and there is no vet showing in this app in my area . please look into it

Hello All My dog accidentally got few drops of lizol in his eyes. I have been giving him Ciplox-D drops. His eye has turned a little red. His behavior seems fine. Please let me know anything else I should do.
