My dog is constantly itching her ears and butt and shaking her head. I checked for fleas and ticks but she doesn't have them. What could be the reason?

Check for the ear mites also because when ear mites are there pets shake there head a lot and also bend head towards one side

About 10 ago. Yes they checked under microscope

Then clean the ear with cleanser and see if the itching reduces
