There's some rashes under both the armpits of my dog. Can someone suggest what needs to be done and what could be the possible reasons?

My pet's grooming was completed two days ago. Since then, he has been licking his private area. I've thoroughly examined his body, and there are no signs of ticks or fleas. However, I did notice some redness near his testicles, and he's been persistently licking it throughout the day. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or advice you can provide. Pictures would have helped for better diagnosis. It could be bacterial eczema. Clean the area with Betadine solution and apply Dermachlor spray. If not subsided in 3 days, pet might need oral antibiotics.

He might have gotten a cut during the grooming. Check the area once for any small cuts.
