Hi...my dog pooping in black color and hard from 2days, Her water intake is normally less...so I give her wet food mostly, even then from past 2days her poop is hard...is it anything to worry about..

Black or tar coloured faeces may indicate digested blood . Bleeding in the stomach or small intestine can cause melena..or if your pet is on medications （ corticosteroids or non steroidal anti inflamatory drugs）.. or it could be due to Bacterial infection or internal parasites...If your dogs eats dirt or compost that could cause your pets stool turn black...which may lead to infestation with internal parasites...
