Hi my dog has these red bumps/bites all over her body. It’s more evident on her neck but it’s all over. Does anyone know what this is?

No Dr. she doesn’t have ticks or fleas. She went to a spa and I’m wondering if she got an allergic reaction. It’s looking better now, the rash is subsiding. Will monitor it till tomorrow morning and get it checked if it doesn’t go away. Thank you for your reply:)

I am looking for leash training and socialisation options for my pup. He's been trained and he follows all commands without distractions at home but it's difficult for me to take him out because he reacts to all stimuli outside and tries to run towards them making it difficult for me to manage him. He's very friendly, but hyper active around people and outside. Could you please suggest good training options that would help me with this?
