My dog is 1 yr old. His stool is bit bloody today. He is active, hydrated and eating properly. What can be done?. Is there any home remedy

As of now give curd rice to him donot give chicken or egg

I found my 1 year old pet was scratching his ear, then noticed his ear was red and watery all over his ear. It's only on his right ear. Can I please know why this has happened? And what should I do?
