My shih tzu, 1 n half month old just vomited. He ate and then started playing and all of a sudden vomited. It was clear yellowish liquid with chunks of food in it. Should I be worried?

Just for information, he is having some skin infection which is not serious as confirmed by local vet but medication is still recommended
