I found this stray cat on side of a road, it seems it was sitting there for more than 3 days.. I have got him home and think it's completely dehydrated... What can I do to help him... When I hold it's skin n leave the skin is not going back to normal.. Feeding glucose water and some meat soup... Wat else can I do to help him

Absolutely this isn't looking normal. There's an open mouth breathing. Kindly take him to a veterinarian asap.
