Can you please let me know the issue my cat is facing. Is it an allergy or a scratch?

The most common reason for something like this in cats would be dermatophytosis. It can also be flea bite allergy, please apply a fipronil spray if you see any fleas on the body. For the affected area you can use dermichlor spray twice a day for 10 days, if it doesn't reduce/ increase further please take him for a physical examination.

I was suggested in a Kuddle training session that I can give my two-month old golden retriever rice, curd, chicken, mashed veggies and eggs instead of the Royal canin puppy starter food that I had been feeding him for the past five weeks. I used to give 240grams of the royal canin food everyday, but I’m unsure if the rice etc that I am giving will be sufficient for him in terms of quantity as well as nourishment.
