What’s the best way to stop puppy biting I have tried a lot of methods but still after a day he starts biting and nipping again.

Hi! My female labrador is diagnosed with vaginitis. Initial symptoms were a few drops of blood in urine and even after urination we could see a few drops of blood. Hello.. so as my puppy is turning two.. i want him to be on his prime health throughout his life.. for that i keep wondering whether to change his food from acana kibble and try and feed him fresh food which available on the market. I want a opinion on this? Thank you
