Yes doctor he is on iv from 2 days but still isn't eating anything... What to I do,? When I feed through injection he is unable to digest and will vomit

I take care of 5 abandoned street dogs. Off late 2 Male dogs can't stand each other and end up with serious fights when they come in contact. They are around 1 year old and neutered them last week. Hope they will pass through this phase.
