My lab is 6 months old all vaccination have given. From Past two day lot of saliva is coming. Any one can suggest is the reason for this?

Hi , i have a 15 month old male german shepherd recently he has developed aggressiveness towards family members , i am not sure why and how but anyone coming to the house he is getting triggered and there have been 2 biting incidents inside the house. We got him neutered in july . Any leads would be helpful in how to tackle this situation
