My shih tzu puppy is 2months Old now… and he is done with the second vaccination today…. Can I feed him some vegetables or fruits apart from cerelac…. Or boiled egg (only whites) Please suggest

Hi my dog has been passing black poop for like 10 days and 4 days ago pooped very loosely and there was some blood in it. He vomited a little bit today Having said that he is really active and he is also having his meals. What am I supposed to do ? Is there any issue ?
