The pup is 45 days old and has infected skin. What are the possibilities that this might have happened? And what is the solution for this? Can this be fixed?

Pls consult vet ASAP there is medication for this. Use OMEGA supplements regularly that will cure skin problems and promote healthy skin and hair

Considering the extent of infection and the fact that it's a very young pup I would suggest getting him examined by a doctor in person. In my opinion this would require oral medicines, please get him physically examined before starting anything.
