This called separation anxiety. It is very common in dogs specially in young pups. You can give him plush toys, chewy toys ,interactive toys which are available in market to keep him engaged and provide mental stimulation to him. In that way he won't be bored and would not suffer from separation anxiety. You can also start training sessions for him with trainers available on Kuddle itself.

We suspect that our dog has eaten his leash (almost half metre). He is a golden retriever 10 months old. We did not giving him lunch today as he had diarrhoea (vomitting and lose motion) and he was badly craving for food, maybe he did so because of that. Can anyone help with what we should do?

Hey i got a golden retriever puppy 6 days back.
