Hello My puppy has got this green color pimple/boil on his armpit. Please let me know if it is of concern.

That looks like an engorged tick. Ectoparasitic control in pets is very essential. Use Fiprofort plus spot on (select based on body weight) along with Erina EP shampoo which can be used before applying spot on.

Hello Doctor Does the tick need to be removed manually?

Yes! You can use forceps or tweezers to remove it. But be careful and make sure whole tick comes off and the mouth parts don't remain in the skin.
