My dog has been infested with so many fleas. It’s become unbearable. We tried flea powders, shampoo, and spot on. But nothing worked. Is there any sort of vaccination from a vet that can help get rid of fleas???

It looks like normal But check the smell in this area if it smells bad then it can be fungal also
