Hi, he is old enough to eat these things but I would suggest introducting slowly. For example when you are giving chicken for the first time give chicken broth for a day/ two then start giving shredded chicken bits and then later you can start giving bigger pieces. Never give bones and make sure meat is cooked properly. Vegetables like carrots, sweet potato, pumpkin can be started one at a time. Carrots can be given raw later for now considering his age I would suggest cooking that too.
