How to get rid of fungul infection from my dog's skin? The affected areas itch a lot and is causing hairloss. Can I apply a mixture of water and vinegar to the areas?

Hi. According to some studies, vinegar is said to have antibacterial and antifungal activities to some extent. But fungal infections need a proper treatment. They are considered to be the stubborn infections which don't subside with home remedies usually. The type of fungal infection has to be diagnosed. I advise you to take consultation with a veterinarian for correct diagnosis and treatment.

A friendly stray in the area keeps itching her ears and as a result a lot of the fur by her ears has fallen. Is there any tablet I can give? It's just by her ears and she doesn't itch anywhere else.
