my shi tzu is having itching from last 1.5 year and he is continuously licking his body we had used sebolytic shampoo since 1.5 year but still no improvement in his skin condition and even nowadays he has becoming smelly too.. please help 🙏

Goku is a cute little energetic bundle of joy. We rescued him from the street when he was hardly one month old, he was a little scared at the start but is very playful and friendly now. He is vaccinated and dewormed. Looking for a nice loving family who can adopt him.
