Hi I have 4 months old Shih Tzu puppy and i noticed tiny bump on his neck (grain size) it's not visible but I can feel it However the puppy is doing fine with his day to day activities. I also consulted the vet and they advised me to give him a soke towel in warm water squeeze it and keep it on the body part where it's needed. Is it something serious I need to be concerned about?

Hi emon, you don't have to worry about the papule(bump). Observe the papule for 10-15days if it is increasing in size then please go head with biopsy otherwise there is nothing to be worried.
