My 4 months old shih tzu puppy sometimes seems to have breathlessness, when he wake up I feel that he is having trouble in breathing but after few seconds he is ok, anything to worry about this or we need to get him checked by a vet?

Hello Neeru Khanna. It’s common in brachycephalic dogs like Shih tzus but it can also be due to allergies sometimes. You can get him checked once clinically by a vet.
