Our dog Sheero has reduced his water consumption in last few days leading to change in pre color. He is otherwise playful, jovial and eating properly? Any suggestions on how we can increase his water content?

Hi! My female lab was on her 1st heat on 2nd July and was bleeding till 17th July. Nearly 10 days after we could observe very small blood clots in her urine sometimes. Yesterday we could see a few drops of pink blood in her urine. Blood is not observed in all her urination, only once or twice a day. Any suggestions regarding this will be helpful.
