What are these very tiny insects, I found them today for the first time and are quiet in few numbers. Should I be worried wnd consult a vet?

Hi Karthik. Not very appreciable in the picture as mouth parts aren’t visible. It can be a tick or an insect. Its best to get your pet checked by a vet if you are finding them on your pets body than the surroundings.
