Yesterday i did deworming for my Bruno and 3rd vaccination Braaveeto and also anti Rabies.. And today I saw some blood patches in his stool. Stool was also loose. Is it normal or should I see a vet?

Goku is a cute little energetic bundle of joy. We rescued him from the street when he was hardly one month old, he was a little scared at the start but is very playful and friendly now. He is vaccinated and dewormed. Looking for a nice loving family who can adopt him.
