Hi doctor, i am not able to find sucralfate pet composition. I brought pantopet tablets. I gave him half tablet once in the morning without eating anything since yesterday. But it is still vomiting in the morning 2 times. Otherwise it's eating well and very active. Please suggest anything

Please let me know if i can give him sucralfate normal composition if the tablet is not working

Sucralfate pet composition is available in the market give him 3 ml of sucralfate before food

Even if i didn't give tablet also he is vomiting. And we are staying in a village which is on ap Telangana border and here that pet composition is not available. That's why I am asking

Is it available in medical shops doctor also should I give only once and half or full tablet
