My American bully has this flaky condition on her skin for quite a long time and is itchy. Is this some skin or fungal infection?

Hi Sneha. Yes. It’s referred as Seborrheic dermatitis which worsens without treatment. I suggest you to take an online consultation with a vet on kuddle.
