Hello , My American bully was having home cooked food all the time and yesterday night we gave her packet dog food. From today morning she has vomitted 5 times and has loose stools. Gave her a bowl of curd and gut well powder but she vomited that as well. Is the packet food making her tummy bad?

Hi sneha, yes sudden food change may lead to gastritis. But that may not be the only reason.

As she is in heat period she will be trying lick the discharge. That also causes gastritis.

If she is vomiting continously it is not advisable to give her oral medication.kindly book a home visit for physical examination and systemic approach of treatment.

Hi! I found a tick on my 4 month old female labrador and removed it immediately but it has left a wound like skin abrasion in that particular area. Is it concerning? Also, what measures should be taken to avoid fleas and ticks in future as she goes for walks now?
