I have a Beagle, coco. She is 1yr old. Recently she started getting a lot of blisters in her mouth. This seems to be due to oral papiloma. Should I be worried about it? Is there any natural remedy or supplements

Yes it does look like oral papillomatosis which is caused by a virus. There's no natural remedy but a homeopathic medicine or a surgical removal by a veterinarian is an option. You can give Drops. Wartgo (15 drops three times a day).

Why does this occur, what can be the cause?

The canine papillomatosis is caused by Papillomavirus and the transmission is through direct contact with the affected animal. The disease is self limiting especially with the treatment and affected pet's considered to be immune to reinfection.
