My cat shredded the toilet paper today morning. It was all over the dining room. He is meowing since then and roaming around in the house, should i be concerned ?

Hey i got a golden retriever puppy 6 days back. I take care of 5 abandoned street dogs. Off late 2 Male dogs can't stand each other and end up with serious fights when they come in contact. They are around 1 year old and neutered them last week. Hope they will pass through this phase.
