hello doc, what could be the reason for my dog poop to have light yellow with grey coating, sometimes bright yellow or light black.. although he eats homemade food, lentils and behave healthy, is it concerning?

consistency is solid not much hard, but sometimes its soggy too.. last deworming was on October

Hi, my 4 month old puppy just travelled with me from South India to North India via train and now it's been 2-3 days but from yesterday night he is vomiting yellow liquid, yesterday night he did once and tonight 3 times. doesn't contain any food but only the yellow liquid. Pls tell me what could it be as I took him to vet and he said my pet doesn't have any fever and gave one tablet to give for 5 days once.
