Hello doctors, My American bully has a flaky fungal infection. She sheds a lot and has itchy skin during this period. She is on and off meds for about a year. After the dosage of medicines (mostly Itrapet) are over the infection is back. This is happening for the past one year. Is there no permanent solution for this infection?

Sorry missed your comment doctor. Unable to take a picture. She’s not letting me to. The infection is fungal and she is being treated for a long time but it does not just go away. Shedding is at its peak. And she sheds the flaky white thing too along with it. It’s scattered on the skin and coat. Like patchy alopecia
