It seems like she is suffering from pseudopregnancy. Its generally seen 1-2 months after heat period. Prevent her from licking her nipples by putting a shirt on her, as licking will stimulate more milk production. If the secretion is severe and other physiological symptoms like aggression/destress is observed then medicine like cabergolin might be required. For permanant elimination of the situation spaying can be considered but after the symptoms have subsided.
