Some one told me it's normal to hair fall this time but I am soo scary

It looks like bacterial, fungal infection so u can apply deemichlor spray on those skin patches
And for the skin patches near the eye dap the spray on the cotton then apply that near the eye
Donot apply the spray near the eye directly
