My dog is not poop and peep properly, he is not neutered. Is this a sign or disadvantage of not being neutered and he wants to mate now? I'm very baffled and worried. Plz suggest what I ought to do??

My pet vomits white foam in the morning after his walk. A couple of days ago, I switched his dog food because his usual one wasn't available. His bowel movements are normal. My Persian kitten (4month) had a liquidish poop with Gas and since then he is not eating. He is mostly habituated to have any food. I have given 1ml of Carminal. Can you pls suggest suggest me any meds? He also looks grumpy, not being as active as he is.
