My 2 year old female cat was bleeding a little this morning n when we took her to the near by vet , he told she would have been involved in a fight with another cat which could have caused her to bleed. He pressed against her abdomen and confirmed that she is pregnant. After few hours there was some discharge she is been eating.[SHE HAS GIVEN BIRTH TWICE TO NORMAL KITTENS].

It looks like she is cleaning the placental membrane that comes out after the kitten is born. It is normal in cats. If the kitten are healthy and the mom is taking care of the the kittens then no need to worry.

Is she still straining? Or has it stopped? It might have been a miscarriage.

Is it serious what should I do ?

Observe her for tonight. If she shows signs of pain, laboured breathing or continuous straining without any kitten coming out then visit a vet for a check up.

Hi Doctors, A quick question - I have a toy poodle named Whiskey who is about 40days old, Is it good to give him a little(half a tea spoon) peanut butter like thrice a week or something? Attaching the image of the product here.

some days ago i had my cat groomed while the groomer was cutting his tangled hair .. he accidentally cuts his skin . now it's probably infected i used mupirocin ointment on the area infected ( green blue coloured )and bandage it he was okay with its use. today when I tried to apply it nd bandage it around he was running around now it was red blue coloured so i just applied the ointment nd left it open . what am I supposed to do . nd his hygiene is not that good cause he is handicapped nd this cut is on his handicapped back right leg . he has no pain in running or walking up nd down or even cuddling but he is not letting me put on the bandage i was able to put the ointment by a lot of problem as well . he is eating well but he is not vaccinated as of now nd sometimes he vomits his food because he can't remove the licked hair from his mouth and he has and infection going on near his eyes because of the handicapped leg he has a difficulty in cleaning his face most of the time . thus i clean it
