Since few days, my doggy is running away as soon as I bring his bowl with food. After a while, he goes by himself and eats only part of what he used to eat. I don't understand why. Can anyone help? I just feel like it's not normal to behave like this.

Hi Nitish, pet is showing selective feeding. Did you notice any other symptoms like anxiety, isolation?

No. Didn't notice anything like that. He is active and playful like always but a little low on energy though.

Hi nitish, as his activity is normal if deworming is not done, kindly get it done Give him an appetite stimulant Syrup Aptiquik (5ml-0-5ml)to improve his appetite Observe the pet for a week after this if there is selective feeding we will get a blood test done to rule out infection

Thank you so much. His deworming was done yesterday. I'll try with syrup and get back to you.

Just one smal doubt. Syrup is to be given before or after food?

I have a dog, she is having an extra nail. It’s growing slowly, and she keeps licking it. Is it normal? Or should I be worried?

Hi team, may I know what are the best ways to avoid ticks ? Can you suggest tablet for my dog who is 7 months old cocker spaniel ?. I usually spend time to check his entire body for any visible ticks but with his amount of fur , its getting very difficult to remove them. Though I thorougly checked, there could be flea or ticks. I spray natural anti tick sprays before going for walks Can I spray fipronil every two weeks ? I heard it can cause hairfall. So wondering if there is any tablet that I can give him. Kindly suggest

My pet has been itching for months. We have put him on antibiotics, anti fungal treatment before but that didn’t work. We have used medicated shampoos as well which didn’t work. We have changed our floor cleaner to pet friendly but yet still the itching continues. Can anyone let me know what may be the reason. He self bites himself so much that it makes me sad that I am unable to understand the problem and treat him well. My pet is 9 months old now. He had parvo when he was 2 months old (not sure if any heavy medications caused this) He mostly eats Rice, lentils, paneer, chickpeas, chicken etc as recommended by vet.
