My 10months old Labrador is having kind of leakage like urine (not sure whether it is urine only..it is like water) while lying..he is not neutered..he is peeing apart from this normally..what might be the cause of this

My Fluffy is now 6 months and yesterday we found this same swelling on his face which was soft and then disappeared within an hours. Now the swelling appeared again and also 2 small ones on both the side of his face which isn't visible on camera. On touching its not painful as he doesn't show any reaction. Can you please let me know what is it. Does it just appears in dogs usually or something serious 😟

This could be a hematoma or lipoma. But can only be confirmed through FNAC. It’s advisable to get that test as early as you can.

It disappeared that day. Today (exactly after 15 days) such swelling is all over his body and it's itching a lot for him
