Yesterday we bought 4months old shihtzu puppy. He is eating and drinking properly but not active at all. Not responding properly. If I am giving him treat he is eating but he is not making an effort from his side to take the treat. Tried taking him for walk but he is sitting in one corner and sometimes shivering. Whenever I hold him he hold me very tightly. No running, no walking. Whenever we leave him, he trues run and hide somewhere. What to do in this case ? Why he is not becoming friendly with us ? It’s so painful seeing him like this.

I was suggested in a Kuddle training session that I can give my two-month old golden retriever rice, curd, chicken, mashed veggies and eggs instead of the Royal canin puppy starter food that I had been feeding him for the past five weeks. I used to give 240grams of the royal canin food everyday, but I’m unsure if the rice etc that I am giving will be sufficient for him in terms of quantity as well as nourishment. I’m not sure if he’s shouting because he’s hungry or simply because we aren’t playing enough with him. How do I figure out if he is hungry? Kindly suggest how I can ensure he gets the needed nutrition.

Eat or Pass? 3. Chapatis Chapatis are a staple of an Indian household and are commonly fed to street dogs and pets. It might again come as a shock but wheat chapatis are not healthy options to feed dogs. Wheat Chapatis contain gluten which is not healthy for dogs in the long run. But, you can always feed chapatis made up of other gluten-free alternatives like quinoa and millet. You can also use curd as an additive to your pet's meal for their gut health.

This video is of my Tarzan, 6 year old Lapponian Herder Male dog..He has developed this chronic swelling with intermittent bloody discharge from urethral orifice. Otherwise, active and still has great appetite. Please suggest on the diagnosis and treatment of the same. Thanks in anticipation. P.S. He is staying at a farm house always roaming around freely.
