My 3 month old golden retriever puppy has been excreting black stools since a long time. He's dehydrated, vomits if I increase water levels and eats stuff that he's not supposed to. What do I do ? I'm so worried.

Hi Cheryl. Has max been dewormed lately? Was there any change in his diet? Black stools basically suggests the presence of digested blood. If he has a habit of eating unusual things, make sure you are providing a well balanced diet. Give him training, use the words ‘drop it’ and ‘leave it’. Keep him busy always. I would also suggest you to get him checked thoroughly once along with stool examination.

My bad. It's dark chocolate in colour not black. I really am blind 😑 but he does eat a lot of stuff that he's not supposed to
