Hi. It can be a bacterial infection or a mite infestation. You can apply Staphban ointment for now. But I suggest you to speak to any vet online on kuddle to discuss more in this.

My dog has been diagnosed with acute pancreatitis. She was pooping blood every 15 mins. She’s in hospital. Since last 23 hours she hasn’t pooped or vomited blood. Docs said if she’s fine till tomorrow evening she will be discharged. She is a 3 year old indie. Am very scared. Will this impact her longevity? Is there chance of it recurring? How can I prevent this
