Wait until any signs like inappetance or vomiting, if any of these signs are noticed then you take him to the vet or else it’s fine

Hello doctor my pet had grapes yesterday but he vomited after 2/3 hrs is there anything to worry. We were due for his last vaccination he is 3 month old lab puppy
