Hey i just found out that the tip of my beagle puppy’s ear is bleeding. He wont let me touch it or clean it. What do i do?

Lost Baby - Please help us find a home, we can't adopt as we already have 2 adult cats. Located in bommanahalli, Bengaluru -560100. Yesterday(Thursday, 4th May) evening as it rained, we heard a cry from outside our home, as we searched following the Meow meow, there was a kitten stuck in our neighbours building in the pouring raining. Thankfully he is all well, appears to be 2 months old, gave bath and food. Very easygoing, playful, always purring, from the moment we rescued him. My dog has 3 anti rabies vaccination and just scraped his teeth on my finger. He has bit me before so i have taken multiple shots for that. So should I take an injection again or only clean and disinfectant it?
