Did you notice any discharge from his ears? Or any external parasites on his body (fleas or ticks).

Excessive scratching of ears may lead to aural haematoma, so it is advisable to consult a vet or book a home visit for proper examination before treatment.

It is a ear condition, where there will be pooling of blood with in the ear pinna (ear flap).Due to excessive scratching if the blood vessels in the ear pinna get damaged then this condition may occur. Most commonly seen in dogs suffering from ear infections, external parasites.

What is the treatment for this infection doctor

Don't worry about aural haematoma right now. First we should treat the infection, in that way we can avoid hematoma formation. To treat ear infection proper examination is necessary.

Hi! My dog was out on her walk and happened to eat a piece of chocolate from the ground. Is it extremely fatal? What can be done?

Hi everyone! This is Django. He is about 4.5 months old. He has skin issues since a month. We consulted 2 different Vets, but there has been no improvement. In fact he has lost even more hair and turned “pink”. His fur loss is so much that he needs to be wrapped up cozily or stay in warm spots in the house as the weather is slightly cool in Bangalore currently. There were tablets given for Scabies and fungal infection. Please help with this, he has been taking tablets since a month with no improvement.

Hi all, My dog is probably suffering from a flea attack. Can some doctor please help me out here? There are small cuts on her back and tail area on the skin. And the hairs are coming off from the roots. There are no vets available nearby, which makes it all the more difficult for me.
