Hi Dishon. Licking once in a while is normal. If it’s frequent, finding out the exact reason is important. Check out if you pet has any bald patch or redness on body. Cocker spaniels tend to have hair matting easily, if it’s there, definitely the reason could be this. Check for fleas/mites/ticks on the body. Some pets also do it out of boredom, keep her occupied, give her more attention and love. I would suggest you to get her clinically examined by a vet once.

Ok. Groom your pet gently and regularly. Get trimming done if mats are too close to skin. I advise you to take a help of kuddle professionals for the same.

One of the most memorable days of my life , Rio's first birthday. It was right after the lockdown was lifted, I never thought I will fulfill my wish of celebrate the morning among buzzing bees and fresh air far away from the city. But it worked out perfectly , we went for a long drive from Bangalore, went for a swim in the river and had a day of dreams. ♥️🐶
